I am very concerned about the proposed development at The Knowle. I have held meetings with local residents to hear their views and I'm in regular contact with them about this issue.
I've also met planning officers at East Devon District Council, to gain a deeper understanding of the plans.
I shall be speaking at the Planning Committee meeting at EDDC when this proposal comes before the group.
